Ana and João live in England, but they came to Portugal during the summer, in a year filled with uncertainty.

João insisted on showing Ana the beaches of his childhood, places full of memories and meaning for him.

I joined them on that journey through time, and together we shared stories of those beaches, places where I also grew up and created many memories of my own.

Some couple photography sessions pass by so quickly. The connection feels effortless, the company is so good, and the conversations flow so naturally that time simply disappears.

This was one of those sessions, a beautiful summer evening by the sea, full of light, nostalgia and genuine moments.
