The wedding of Mónica and André took place in 2021, after many postponements, unfortunately. However, throughout the entire process, I had the opportunity to get to know Mónica quite well, which made me even more excited for their wedding day to arrive.
I had already met André during our in-person meeting back in 2019, when they travelled from Lisbon to Leiria to meet me. I still remember them saying, “We love your work and came all the way from Lisbon to Leiria to get to know you better.”
From the preparations at both their homes, which were quite challenging for André :P, to a healthy dose of nerves from Mónica, everything was unfolding beautifully.
The ceremony was deeply emotional, reflecting the enormous love between them. I remember very clearly feeling emotional myself during the ceremony.
In the evening, there was bingo for the adults and a party for everyone!
