Joana and Pedro chose the beautiful Our Quinta for their wedding day.
During the preparations, Joana was a little nervous, especially with Pedro and the rest of the family being so relaxed, she was secretly worried they might not arrive on time, eheh.
But everything happened exactly as planned, and at the right moment Pedro made his entrance to the iconic The Lion King soundtrack. I have to admit, I absolutely loved it.
The day flowed perfectly, just as expected, but as someone who loves unexpected moments, the highlight for me came during the cake cutting.
After the couple cut the first slice, Pedro’s father “stole” the cake to take it to the grandparents. I will never forget the expression on the maître’s face, holding a knife and fork while trying to figure out where the cake had gone.
Without a doubt, between quizzes, laughter and dancing, everyone was incredibly happy. Moments like these are what I miss the most.
