afternoon in the life in vila nova de tazem

I went to Vila Nova de Tazem to photograph Zé’s 80th birthday, one of those family gatherings that truly deserve to be remembered forever.

The garden was filled with sunshine, the scent of barbecue smoke and the sound of lively conversation in the air. The barbecue was ready, but the family had not yet arrived. Zé, half worried and half amused, then saw everyone arrive all at once, as if perfectly choreographed.

There were laughter, stories, a touching speech, and even spontaneous poems that made the afternoon feel even warmer and more emotional.

What a beautiful family and what a special way to celebrate an 80th birthday in Portugal.
